Cappadocia is unique in the world with its landscape, fairy chimnies, rock carved churches and monasteries, underground shelters, rock settlements and the rock castles.

We have 3 main tours of Cappadocia area as detailed on below. We combine these tours with various types of hotels and transportation to optimize your budget and time in Turkey.

North Cappdaocia Tour : Start the day visiting Dervent Valley, also known as "Imagination Valley", this is the most surreal-looking landscape. Your next stop will be Pashabagi called also the Monks Valley because Christian hermits chose to locate hermit cells and churches in these three-headed pinnacles symbolic of the Holy Trinity, it´s possible to see all the stages in the formation of fairy chimneys at this spot. Proceed to Avanos (Venessa) the pottery centre of Cappadocia, this village is set on the banks of the Kizilirmak/Red River. The river gets its name from the red clay it deposits. You can watch the potters at work using kick wheels, the technique which has remained unchanged for generations. Lunch. Continue to Göreme Open Air Museum. The world´s most important Byzantine cave churches are found in these once remote valleys where monks and nuns pursued monastic life from the 3rd century on. Here you can see the best preserved Byzantine cave wall paintings and frescos from the Iconoclastic period through to the end of Seljuk rule. Icons with scenes from the Old Testament and the New Testament above portraits of Church Fathers and saints depict the structure of the Byzantine universe. Panoramic view point Esentepe. With a spectacular view over Göreme from Esentepe see the complete view of Goreme valley and Goreme village: fairy chimneys, rock formations and cave houses. After the tour you will be transferred to your hotel. Price: 45 Euro per person
 
South Cappadocia Tour : Start the day from your hotel about 09:30 with a walk in Red Valley, famous for its rocks capes, local culture and historical sights. Depending on the season, you may see local people plowing their gardens or harvesting their crops. This walk normally takes 2 - 3 hours. At the end of your walk you will reach Cavusin Village. Here a spectacular rock castle that once housed everyone in the village is awaiting you. Climbing up on the top of the castle you can see the ruins of Saint John the Baptists, a very large Byzantine church. Walk around the castle and visit some of the homes that were lived in until recently. Lunch. Continue driving to Kaymakli Underground City, one of the best preserved and most visited Underground Cities in Cappadocia. This city is approximately 40m deep. It contains all the usual rooms found in an underground city (stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches, wineries etc.). Continue to Pigeon Valley a spectacular view of old abandoned cave homes and old Greek houses of Uchisar. After the tour you will be transferred to your hotel. Price: 45 Euro per person

 

Ihlara Valley and Derinkuyu Tour : Start the tour with a spectacular view over Göreme from Esentepe. You will see the complete view of Göreme valley and Göreme village: fairy chimneys, rock formations and cave houses.Continue driving to Derinkuyu Underground City, one of the best preserved and deepest Underground Cities in Cappadocia. Derinkuyu is excavated to a depth of approximately 85 m. It contains all the usual rooms found in an underground city (stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches, wineries etc.), a large room on the second floor was a missionary school with study rooms. Proceed to Ihlara Valley. This gorge is 16 km long and both sides are lined with rock carved churches, there are more than a hundred little churches and houses. You will walk about 4 km along the river in the valley exploring the hidden churches. At the end of your walk lunch will be served at Belisirma Village by the river. On the way back visit Selime Monastery, carved out of the rock by Christian monks in the 13th century. The size of the church makes a visit here astonishing. Stop briefly at Yaprakhisar Panorama point for another view of this great Monastery (this is also the spot where famous movie "Star wars" was shot). Price: 50 Euro per person

Daily Cappadocia Tour from Istanbul :
You will be picked up from your hotel at 04:30 for taking 06:30 flight to Kayseri. After the tour you will be transferred to the Kayseri Airport for taking 20:30 flight back to Istanbul. Upon you arrival to Istanbul, you will be met at the airport and transferred directly to your hotel.
 
Jeep Safari in Cappadocia : Driving with a 4x4 vehicles - Jeep Safari is one of the good way to explore Cappadocia. The daily Jeep Safari tour for you to experience the exciting landscapes.  We take you to the hard-to-find places and away from the crowds for spectacular views and the excitement of traveling off-road in the unique landscapes of Cappadocia – all in one day. We start our adventure in Goreme winding our way through Zemi Valley to Urgup, Mustafapasa and the Uzengi River. We will drive by pigeon houses, orchards and grape vines used for local wine to the village of Ortahisar and the famous Roman Castle. After a short break in Ortahisar we continue off-road to Red Valley where we visit a cave church as well as the local cave depots – traditionally foods such as lemons and potatoes are stored year-round in caves, taking advantage of the perfect conditions of the caves. Mushrooms are also grown in the caves for local consumption. Next on the tour is lunch. We will enjoy lunch in Monks Valley (Pasabag) and continue off-road through Honey Valley to Uchisar. After another picture stop in Uchisar, we will drive off-road back to Goreme through the Pigeon and Babaccik Valleys. The tour travels about 100 km and lasts 6 hours. The rate is 90 Euro per person including guide and lunch.

Horseback Riding in Cappadocia : Cappadocia, known as the “Land of Beautiful Horses” is the ideal place to explore on horseback. Horses have held a distinctive place in Cappadocia history for thousands of years and the unique landscapes around Goreme are perfect for exploring on a native Anatolian or Arabic horse – with a real Turkish cowboy! Well away from the crowds, explore the fascinating valleys and breathtaking vistas around Goreme during a 2- or 4-hour trail ride. We also offer all-day trail rides and multiple-day excursions on horseback. The 2 hour ride is 40 Euro per person. You will travel through some of the most beautiful valleys in Cappadocia – Swords Valley, Meskendir Valley, Rose Valley and Love Valley. Ride among the apple, apricot, walnut and quince orchards as well as the grape vines used for local wines. The trails wind up through volcanic stone hills passing many beautiful fairy chimneys and churches along the way – with breathtaking vistas on mountain tops and unique landscapes in every direction.

Daily Hattusas Tour from Cappadocia : 
Meet the guide and driver at the hotel at 8.30. After driving nearly 210 km to Hattusas. we arrive in Hattusas which was the capital of the Hittite Kingdom for a long time. Before visiting the main capital the Hattusas, we proceed to Yazilikaya to see the open air sanctuary as the sun light comes on the bas-reliefs direct in the morning. We will get our lunch in a local restaurant. After the lunch we visit the archaeological site of Hattusas, former capital of the Hittite Empire which is notable for its urban organization, the types of construction that have been preserved (temples, royal residences, fortifications), the rich ornamentation of the Lions' Gate and the Royal Gate and Tunnel. After a full day guided tour of Hittite Heritage in Turkey we drive back to Cappadocia.

Tours : All tours are made as regular. There are about 15-20 people mostly from EU countries. There are less people on the tours in Istanbul as operated by our company. The tour guides speak fluent English and licensed by The Ministry of Culture. They are well educated and experianced. The tour vehicles are new and air-conditioned midibuses . The tours include transportation with air-cond. buses, entrance fees, and professional guidance.

 

Buses : All intercities buses are very comfortable and air-conditioned provided through major local companies. They are specially designed for overnight journeys with recycling seats. They also have breaks at the roadside restaurants during the journey at about each 4 hrs for refreshment.
